Next, we usually meet with the producer and other key production personnel whose ideas and opinions can help us better understand certain aspects of the production. At these meetings, we ask the production team members to provide an overview of their backgrounds and capabilities and explain unusual or complicated conditions.
Utilizing the information gathered during our meetings with the production personnel and the materials submitted by the production company, we determine if we can proceed to guaranty the project as presented.
If we accept the project, we ask the producer to furnish us with certain required contracts and other documents for our review and approval and our in-house business affairs staff begins preparing the completion guaranty and related legal agreements.
