Luke Randolph, named managing director of IFG Limited in 1999, oversees the operations of the London office. During his career, he has served as general manager of Enigma, David Putnam's company in the mid-80's; production controller for Simon Perry's company, Umbrella Films; and chief executive at Allied Stars. Luke has served on productions including "The Killing Fields", "White Mischief", and "Map of the Human Heart" working with such eminent directors as Roland Joffe, Michael Radford, and Vincent Ward, respectively.

Emma Mager joined IFG in London in January 2009. Having originally started her career in the Channel Four drama department, she then became a freelancer, first in television and then film production. She has worked as a line producer and production manager on films as diverse as Jane Campion's "Bright Star", "Children of Men" directed by Alfonso Cuaron and for Working Title, "Mr Bean's Holiday".

Before joining IFG in April 2005, Lucy worked in post production as an assistant film and television editor. Her credits include "Cousin Bette", "The Luzhin Defence" and "Tea with Mussolini". Her TV work includes "Auf Wiedersehen Pet" and the first series of "New Tricks".
