Katherine is a California licensed property and casualty agent/broker and has seven years of related insurance experience. Katherine graduated with honors from the University of Southern California with degrees in Art History and English Literature.

Ronni Bush
Vice President, Business Affairs Administration
As VP of business and legal affairs administration, Ronni Bush drafts completion guarantee documents, tracks delivery dates and prepares exhibit packages for films being guaranteed by IFG. Ronni began her career in contracts administration in 1993 at Interscope Communications, Inc. Earlier in her career, she was a legal secretary for Hill Wynne Troop & Meisinger, a prestigious law firm that specialized in the field of entertainment. Ronni has an Associate degree in legal administration from Kellogg Community College.

Lieve Jansen

Lieve joined IFG in January 2005 from London based law firm Osborne Clarke where she worked as a senior solicitor (attorney) in the media & entertainment department, advising independent producers and other media clients on all aspects of film and television production, financing and distribution, sponsorship, music and other intellectual property related issues.

Arash Kiankhooy, Vice President, Business Affairs
Arash joined IFG in December 2007 and has since participated in the negotiation and drafting of various completion guaranty agreements. Prior to working at IFG he worked at boutique corporate and entertainment law firms, a motion picture production company and a start-up medical device company. He is a graduate of USC School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from UCLA.

Steven Leib
Senior Vice President, Business Affairs
Steven Leib negotiates IFG’s deals with producers, studios, lenders, distributors, and talent. Since joining IFG in 1998, he has concluded bond agreements for over 300 films and has worked to resolve issues during all phases of production and delivery. Steven began his career at Savoy Pictures in business affairs and prior to joining IFG, worked with Steve Mangel at Artisan Entertainment. Steven has concluded deals for films such as "Adjustment Bureau", Iron Man 1 and 2", "Crash", "The Good Shepherd", "Match Point", "T3 and T4", "Family Man" "Perfume", and "The Score".
